How to Use What's Revving This Weekend

Use the search bar at the top to type event names or venues

Results update as you type to show matching events

Try searching for 'car show', 'Melbourne', or specific event names

Tap the filter chip to select event types (Car Show, Track Day, Drift, etc.)

Choose a state/territory to see local events

Filter by date range to find upcoming events

Toggle 'Multi-day' to show only multi-day events

Tap 'Submit Event' (requires login)

Fill in event details: title, date, time, location, type

Add a description and entry fee info (optional)

Upload an event image

Submit for approval — admins will review within 24 hours

You'll receive a confirmation email with your event reference

Tap the heart icon on any event card to add it to favorites

View your favorites from the 'My Account' section

Set optional reminder dates for events you plan to attend

Add personal notes to remember why you saved each event

Tap the three-dot menu on an event card

Select 'Report' and choose a reason (spam, offensive content, duplicate, etc.)

Add optional details about the issue

Submit — our team will review and take action

Comments can also be reported individually

Subscribe from the homepage or 'My Account' section

Receive curated events for your region every week

View past newsletters in the Newsletter Archive (authenticated users)

Unsubscribe anytime from the link in any email or Settings

Go to 'My Account' and open the 'My Profile' section

Under the 'Vehicles' tab, tap 'Add Vehicle'

Enter your make, model, year, body type and colour

Add a photo URL and a short description of your build

Mark a vehicle as 'Featured' to pin it to the top of your garage

Edit or delete vehicles anytime — only you can see your garage

Open the 'Events Attended' tab in My Profile

Tap 'Log Event' and enter the event title and date

Add the venue, a star rating and notes about your experience

Attach a photo URL to remember the day

Build up a history of all the events you've attended over time

Open 'Email Preferences' from the My Account page

Toggle 'New Event Approval Alerts' on or off (on by default)

Select one or more favourite states and territories

You'll receive a brief email whenever a new event is approved in those regions

Opt out anytime — only WRTW Members with matching favourite states receive alerts

Open this site in Chrome (or Edge) on your Android phone

Tap the three-dot menu in the top-right corner

Choose 'Add to Home screen' (or 'Install app' if prompted)

Tap 'Install' when the confirmation dialog appears

The app icon appears on your home screen — launch it to use full-screen without the browser bar

If you don't see the prompt, look for the 'Install' icon in the address bar or use the menu option

Open this site in Safari on your iPhone (Safari is required for this)

Tap the Share button at the bottom of the screen (square with an upward arrow)

Scroll down and select 'Add to Home Screen'

Tap 'Add' in the top-right corner to confirm

The app icon appears on your home screen — open it to launch full-screen without Safari's toolbar

The app works offline for previously loaded content once installed
